Our in-house tech team consists of highly experienced individuals, spanning over 30 combined years of dental tech support among the senior staff alone.
Remote Support is provided to our clients through fully encrypted, auditable, and HIPAA-compliant support sessions nationwide. Our remote support team is adept at fixing most software and network-related issues on your PCs, servers, and networking equipment, with a special emphasis on dental-specific software and security. Our techs are fully trained in supporting network & software configurations required by Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Dexis, Patterson, Schick, XDR and others, and liaise as needed with your software and hardware providers.
Onsite Support is available in the event of a network or hardware issue that cannot be solved remotely. Since most issues can be solved remotely, a majority of our onsite support calls are planned, and involve running cable, dental office design, and installing new PCs. Additionally, we are available in an emergency to diagnose non-booting machines, or to replace old networking equipment. dmi Networking also keeps a fleet of loaner PCs, servers and Macs ready for use in an emergency, allowing you to keep working while we diagnose a malfunctioning piece of equipment.
